  • To ensure that shipping rates and packaging sizes are manageable, each order is limited to a maximum of three books. Orders exceeding this limit will incur additional shipping charges and require separate packages. Thank you for your understanding.

  • To maintain our low pricing, we are currently only able to offer shipping within the United States.

    Canadian orders may become available soon.

  • Current order cycle closing March, 16th, 2025, 12:01a PST. Shipping Monday March 17th.Delivery takes 1-5 business days (depending on shipping Zone)

    Orders received after cycle closure will be put in following cycle.

  • Customers will be notified by email when tracking number is generated and also when order has been fulfilled. Numbers are generated within week prior to cycle closure.

  • Please send us an email and we will be happy to help you with resolving the situation and work on getting you a replacement. Return labels will arrive with order - fulfilled by USPS Ground Advantage.

  • If you received a partial refund, please don’t be alarmed, your order is still on the way.

    We were able to secure a lower shipping rate after the time of your original purchase. To make sure we were charging our customers correctly, we have refunded the difference.

  • If you are having trouble making a payment for your order, but haven’t gotten an error message, please try these steps first:

    • Ensure you’re using the most up-to-date version of your browser.

    • Clear your cache, or test the purchase from an incognito browser window.

    • Disable any browser extensions.

    • Contact your bank to verify your credit card is working properly.

      If these don’t fix the issue please contact us.

  • Due to a mix up with boxes, several orders have incurred additional postage at delivery. If you were required to pay extra postage, please contact us with a photo of your postage receipt and we will reimburse the amount, plus $5 to the payment card on file. We sincerely apologize for the mix-up and the unneeded aggravation.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Cancel your order before shipping label gets processed, and we can refund complete order cost.

  • You may get refund of full item price:

    1. Cancel your order after shipping label is processed.
    2. Orders returned within 30 days from delivery in original condition.

  •  You may be able to receive a partial refund for:

    1. Any item not in its original condition, damaged not due to our error.
    2. Any item that is returned after 30 days from delivery.

  • If order arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue to send out a new item. Return shipping label will arrive with order, please contact us before sending back. Thank you for understanding.
